Monday Night Raw was Raw Legends Night on this week's episode that showcased many prominent Legends in the Industry. Hulk Hogan to Ric Flair, Mark Henry to Big Show, and many more. It was such unfortunate that WWE Third Generation Superstar, the Legend Killer Randy Orton was not properly planned for the visit of the legends on Raw.
WWE Superstar Randy Keith Orton is defined for his controversial matches against many big names of the Industry. His match against Mick Foley in 2004 at Backlash is still the epic battle all remembers, where the Legend Killer was victorious and began his career stepping over everyone in WWE.
Recently in the episode of Raw (Legends Night), it was such an underrated plot for the Legend Killer. He was put in the ring against Jeff Hardy, where instead it sounds correlated that Legend Killer would go after the Legends, They could have been used more properly rather than just making them sit and watch Drew Mcintyre and Keith Lee match.
I believe the night could have gone more interesting if there would be a lumberjack match. All the legends surrounding the ring with the Raw Roster. Now that would have been a more appealing and strong Plot for the Superstar.
Choosing a worthy opponent for Randy Orton for the Lumberjack match would be difficult because of the availability of such huge names and so many possibilities. Randy Orton on the episode of Raw was seen trash-talking with Big Show and Mark Henry. Even later he had his time with his teammate in "Evolution" Rick Flair.
Out of all possibilities, I believe Mick Foley should have been involved in a lumberjack match against Randy Orton. With all the legends by the ringside having a piece of Randy Orton. Things would have worked out.
WWE Raw Legends Night would have two brilliant matches at the beginning of 2021, in one WWE Hall of Fame Goldberg would have had his appearance challenging Drew Mcintyre. On other hand, Randy Orton having a Legends Lumberjack match, the agony of it WWE Superstar Randy Orton the Legend Killer surrounded by all the Legends and facing the hardcore Mick Foley.
Though there surely be something planned for The Fiend and Randy Orton in the coming PPV Royal Rumble, a quick and small rivalry against a Legend won’t hurt anyone.
The Cracks of the story is Randy Orton should have been given a match against a Legend in this special episode of Monday Night Raw.
